This photo of my painting called "Mo'i nui, Moloka'i" was taken before it was completed, but the color in the water is better and more like the painting than the more recent photo that was taken in a different kind of light. I like this painting quite a bit so it's hanging in my bedroom currently. I'm back on Eddie & Vina's portrait so I'm looking at this other painting to help me with the colors of the water that aren't coming through in the reference photo he gave me to work from. This one is an oil on canvas, 34" x 18" done in 2004. Mahalo for visiting my blog. Aloha, Timo
